AG launches Wellbeing as a service

Clients of AG’s Employee Benefits programme can access a range of tailor-made health and wellbeing programmes for their employees through AG Health Partner. A healthy business starts with healthy employees, and there is a growing interest by companies in being able to offer these types of services as part of a standard offering of employee benefits.

At a time when employers are facing the challenge of attracting and retaining talent and maintaining productivity, the health and wellbeing of employees has never been more critical. Added to this, Belgium is seeing long-term sick leave on the rise at alarming levels, demanding a proactive and urgent response. AG Health Partner, a B2B2C initiative, is partnering with wellbeing experts to offer employees tailor-made programmes to enhance their physical, social & mental well-being. This can be done in different ways: regular contact with coaches, being part of a community, participating in specific challenges and workshops and tests to measure their progress. The range of services has already been well tested – and approved – by AG’s employees.

In 2022, the content of the AG Health Partner’s wellbeing programme was further updated to respond to the specific challenges being faced today, with increased emphasis on financial wellbeing and the development of a fully digital programme tuned to the needs of home- and hybrid workers. And as AG Health Partner considers one of the keys to success is to measure, evaluate and adjust the programme to improve its outcomes, the analytics and reporting quality was further enhanced to insure the best ROI. AG Health Partner succeeded in doubling its revenue compared to the previous year and had over 20,000 eligible end-users in its portfolio at the end of 2022.

AG Health Partner is the first in the Belgian market to offer Wellbeing as a service, which fits well in the Group’s ambition to spark further growth in Health.
